As part of our integrated care, Angel Kids provides postdoctoral fellows and clinical interns with support and training through methods that are useful to career development.

The program’s Clinical Directors oversee the selection of trainees and selection of the appropriate supervisor as well as the provision of appropriate background, technical training, and ongoing mentorship.

This clinical training is designed to provide exemplary support and guidance that produces an advanced level of competence.

This training prepares the students to function as competent and capable psychologists and other licensed behavioral/mental health clinicians who are able to demonstrate approaches that are collaborative, ethical, culturally competent, and in diverse settings.

Together with Angel Kids Pediatrics, The Post Doctoral program is a member of the Association of Psychology Postdoctoral and Internship Centers (APPIC)
